Local author (and kick-ass WMPG radio host) Pope Brock has a fascinating new book out, Another Fine Mess: Life on Tomorrow’s Moon, in which he documents both the serious and the bat-shit-crazy efforts underway to make the moon a new home for humanity, since this world’s just about used up. He’s at Print (273 Congress St., Portland) at 7 p.m. Free. 536-4778. printbookstore.com. And over at SPACE Gallery (538 Congress St.), the film Look & See: A Portrait of Wendell Berry documents four seasons in the Kentucky farming community of Henry County through the observations of its most eloquent defender and chronicler, at 7 p.m. (also shows Oct. 15, at 4 p.m.). Tix: $8 (all ages). 828-5600. space538.org.
