Ladies of the House showcases four of the strongest female acts in Maine: roots trio Sugarbush, jazz/funk trumpeter Emma Stanley (see our review of her band Native Isles’ new release this month), the versatile vocal stylings of Renée Coolbrith, and R&B/pop sensation JanaeSound.
