The Center for Maine Contemporary Art (21 Winter St., Rockland) is stacked with fantastic exhibitions this summer, including Studio Flood, a disorienting installation by Tom Burckhardt; Screen, a video-art piece by B.R.A.C.E. (Bifurcated Radical Anarchist Cultural Enterprise); The Appearance of Things, stunning color photography by Jocelyn Lee; and American Steel, by unconventional sculptor/installation artist John Bisbee.
