Award-winning science-fiction writer and translator Ken Liu (The Paper Menagerie, The Legends of Luke Skywalker) gives a talk at Bates College’s Benjamin Mays Center (95 Russell St., Lewiston) titled, “Fiction Becoming Fact? Science Fiction and the Fate of Humanity,” at 7:30 p.m. It’s free and part of a sci-fi fest at the college. More info at bates.edu.
