The lovely folks at Blue (650 Congress St., Portland) got you covered this Valentine’s Day with “Charmed,” an exhibition and sale of cool, affordable jewelry by the local artisans of The Metals Collective, music by Maine “salsacore” band el malo, and a window display of “love letters” contributed by patrons.
