Yeah, we know it’s dangerously post-post-modern to play a tribute show to a tribute band, but tonight’s Tribute to The Commitments at Portland House of Music (25 Temple St., Portland) is as good an excuse as anyone needs to revive and revel in the spirit of ’60s soul.
