Carol Noonan, the acclaimed singer-songwriter who runs Stone Mountain Arts Center in Brownfield, believes tonight’s appearance there by the Quebe Sisters Band will be “one of the best shows we will present” all season. Given the high caliber of talent she usually brings to the venue, that’s really saying something, but even a quick listen to the old-time country trio’s gorgeous vocal and fiddle harmonies will convince you that Noonan’s enthusiasm is warranted.
