The now 21st annual WMPG Cajun’ Cookin’ Challenge takes place today at USM’s Woodbury Campus Center (Bedford St., Portland) from noon to 3 p.m. Numerous local restaurants will try to topple last year’s champion, Bintliff’s American Café, by dishing out the tastiest Louisianan eats while the songs of New Orleans play.
