With the holiday season bearing down on us like a Mack truck in the passing lane, we could all use some hope and redemption. That’s exactly what USM’s University Chorale is offering tonight at Corthell Concert Hall (37 College Ave., Gorham), a concert of choral music, titled, “Hope and Redemption,” featuring sacred music by the big wigs of the genre from the baroque to modern periods.
