Noshbow, the downtown Portland street festival formed by an unholy alliance between Nosh Kitchen Bar and Oxbow Brewery, boasts arguably its best musical lineup yet, including such local heavy-hitters as Eldemur Krimm, Covered in Bees, The Pub Crawlers and Paranoid Social Club, plus last year’s smashed sensations from Mass., Tigerman Woah!. Due to the weather, the fest has moved indoors to the new Portland House of Music (25 Temple St.), where it still happens from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tix: $10 (21+). noshkitchenbar.com.
