The excellent Live and Local series at One Longfellow Square (181 State St., Portland) keeps unearthing cool bands you’ve never heard of. Tonight’s triple-decker includes Family Planning (a post-rock experience reminiscent of Cavale-era Shrimp Boat), Greef (a solo project of Butcher Boy’s Pete Swegart, described as “trash guitar from the murky copse of pine behind the pharmacy”) and Perfect Hair (an indie outfit with a lot to live up to).
