New Orleans country-bluesman Chris Thomas King is renowned for his roles in O Brother, Where Art Thou? (in which he played a supposedly devil-dealin’ guitarist) and Ray (in which he portrayed Lowell Fulson, and for which he collaborated on the soundtrack with Brother Ray himself). King will play songs from both movies during his solo performance at Saco River Theatre (29 Salmon Falls Rd., Bar Mills), plus selections from his recent albums, at 7:30 p.m. Tix: $30 (all ages). 929-6472. sacorivertheatre.org.
