While you weren’t looking, Portland gallerist Susan Maasch has been scooping up a host of excellent Maine artists (and a few of international repute) for her new space at the corner of Free and Temple streets (4 City Center). The group show on view this month includes photography by the likes of Brenton Hamilton, Sean Harris, Berenice Abbott and Jack Montgomery; paintings by Stephen Koharian, Andrew Abbott, Penelope Jones and others; and work by several sculptors and ceramicists.
