The beloved Biddeford indie-music venue The Oak and the Ax (140 Main St.) will be closing this month, but not before it hosts another three-day festival of underground sounds featuring acts like Lady Lamb the Beekeeper, Plains, Big Blood, Video Nasties, What Cheer?
