The booze-soaked alt-country band Old 97’s is touring to mark the 15th anniversary of their seminal major-label debut, Too Far to Care, playing the album in its entirety, plus other favorites and surely some songs from their latest, Most Messed Up, with Tommy Stinson (of The Replacements and, lately, Guns N’ Roses and Soul Asylum) opening the 7 p.m. show at Port City Music Hall (504 Congress St., Portland).
