It’s not exactly a double feature, but cool films show on consecutive nights at SPACE Gallery (538 Congress St., Portland), beginning tonight at 7:30 p.m. with Dear Mr. Watterson, an homage to Calvin & Hobbes and its creator, Bill Watterson, who retired the strip in 1995 and, to his credit, has resisted pressure from all sides to revive it.
