Architectural historian Scott Hanson gives illustrated talks and historic tours of Congress Square today at 12:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. The city’s planning and economic development department is sponsoring his appearance, but that doesn’t mean Hanson’s a stooge for those inside City Hall who want to sell Congress Square Park to hotel developers from Ohio.
