News that Pigboat frontman Mark Belanger could use a few extra bucks while he kicks cancer’s ass has inspired pretty much every great Portland heavy rock and metal band past and present to pitch in by playing one of four benefit shows happening tonight through Sunday, dubbed Relentless Belanger. The lineup at Geno’s (625 Congress St., Portland) this eve includes Sylvia, Eastern Spell, Cryptic Overcast, Dead By Now and Gimme Goldar. Donation (21+). 221-2382.
