Artist Dozier Bell packs a lot of expression and atmosphere into a little space. Mind’s Eye, an exhibit of her dark and ethereal graphite drawings, opens tonight at the Bates College Museum of Art on the college’s campus in Lewiston, at 6 p.m., and continues through May 25.
