A new monthly screening of locally produced short films, called Rated Local, begins tonight at the St. Lawrence Arts Center (76 Congress St., Portland) at 7 p.m. Contributors include YouTube star Jeremiah McDonald, David Camlin, and Marc Bartholomew (of The Acadia Sessions fame).
