Don’t be fooled by the title: this is not a rave, though there’ll be plenty of psychedelic sounds. The two-day Deep Heaven Festival at SPACE Gallery (538 Congress St., Portland) features a thick line-up of indie-rock and psych bands from here and away. Tonight’s bill includes locals Metal Feathers and Foam Castles and visitors QUILT and 28 Degree Taurus.
