Local filmmaker David Meiklejohn’s much-anticipated documentary, My Heart is an Idiot, has its East Coast premiere tonight at Nickelodeon Cinemas (1 Temple St., Portland) at 7 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. Meiklejohn follows FOUND magazine founder and This American Life contributor Davy Rothbart around the country as he tours his oddball show of discoveries while trying to maintain a long-distance relationship.
