Look: In the middle of January, on a Tuesday night, the cold reality is that nothing much is happening entertainment-wise in the entire state of Maine, so we’d be tempted to list Choro Louco’s monthly gig at Blue (650 Congress St., Portland) even if the group, which plays Brazilian Choro music (an enchanting mix of global styles, from Latin to jazz to classical), wasn’t fantastic.
