The newly reopened and expanded Portland nightclub Blue (650 Congress St.) continues the week-long celebration of its tenth anniversary with a Night of Nez, songs (and probably some stories) by Portland indie-folk and rock singer/multi-instrumentalist Vince Nez, whose 2014 album Songs of the Universe, released as Mousa, was one of that year’s best.
