The very first Maine Hip Hop Summit happens today in East Bayside (200 Anderson St., Portland). There’ll be a whole bunch of local DJs and MCs performing from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., plus art, food and vendors, and it’s free. The community block party will be followed by an after party at Binga’s Stadium (77 Free St., Portland) starting at 9 p.m. and featuring a slew of other local hip hop artists. Tix: $5 ($10 patrons 18-20).
