The much-anticipated, much-talked-about and, inevitably, much-bitched-about Portland Museum of Art Biennial is happening again at the PMA (7 Congress Square). Among the 47 artists selected for this biennium’s exhibit are locals Colleen Kinsella, Thomas Connolly, Michael Shaughnessy, Clint Fulkerson, Rachel Katz and Deborah Wing-Sproul. It opened April 7 and continues through June 5. The museum is open today from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission: $10 ($8 students and seniors, $4 ages 6-17). 775-6148. portlandmuseum.org.
